Our Shipping Policy
How It Works
We can ship anywhere in the world, buyer pays actual freight costs. We charge shipping on specialty item orders, but not on items from our primary vendors (those shown in our online catalog).
Our Return Policy
Everything You Need to Know
Because we cannot resell your customized items, we cannot accept returns. If your item is defective or damaged, please return it within 14 days and we will replace or repair it. For blank apparel items, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, with all tags and stickers in place within 14 days of purchase.
