What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit, debit, and prepaid cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. We also accept Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. We can accept Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App, please call ahead so we can have your invoice ready if you wish to use these payment methods. 

We only accept checks from business customers.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we sell gift cards! Physical and digital cards are available.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final on customized items. If there is a problem with a customized item, please return it within 14 days of delivery and we will be glad to fix or replace it at no charge. Blank clothing items that are unworn and unwashed can be returned for a refund within 14 days if all of the tags are present and the item is undamaged/unaltered.

Can I bring in items to be customized?

For items that are available from Willow Creek Embroidery, a $5 fee per item will be charged on any customization work. Please browse our online catalog prior to purchasing items from another retailer. Items such as blankets, towels, quilt blocks, and any other items not available through us can be brought in with no additional fees.

How much does embroidery cost?

Our base charge per embroidery location is $12.50 for up to 10,000 stitches, this applies to each place on an item that will be embroidered. For example, if you want a logo on the left chest of a jacket, and your name on the right chest, the total cost would be $25, assuming the logo is under the 10,000 stitch limit (most are). Embroidery over 10,000 stitches is charged at $1.50/1,000 stitches.

What services do you offer?

We offer many different services, including embroidery, printed transfers, premium vinyl transfers, and dye sublimation. Our experienced staff can help you decide which imprint method is the best and most cost effective for your project. We also offer design, vectorization, and web design services. Our web design services are limited, if your project requires a complex web solution or custom software, we would be happy to put you in contact with a fantastic programmer/web developer.

Is there a setup fee?

Returning customers and customers ordering 12 or more apparel items will not be charged a setup fee. The setup fee for new designs to be embroidered is $35 for small designs, for large or complex designs, please email us your image for a quote.

If we are designing your item or if your design has to be vectorized (re drawn) due to low quality, there is a minimum $15 artwork fee.

Promotional items typically have a $65 setup fee. This applies to items like pens, mugs, keychains, letter openers, ect.
